Hi! My name is Alessia Adler - WELCOME!
Who am I?
Sometimes, I have no idea (insert awkward laugh here).
What I do know is I'm a 43-year-old mom to a daughter and a Maltipoo dog. I was born in Italy, love to eat, travel, laugh, and tell the occasional cheesy joke that makes my daughter cringe and teach yoga.
I've been practicing yoga for 20+ years and have hundreds of hours of teaching under my belt.
When the pandemic hit, I started teaching yoga via zoom to my colleagues (my full-time work is in Finance), and so, Revolution Yoga by Alessia was born.
Why is it called Revolution Yoga by Alessia?
Because I hope to help people experience yoga in a revolutionary way. Maybe it's for the first time. Maybe with more kindness towards yourself. Maybe with more openness to possibilities. Maybe viewing yoga and your body in a new way. Maybe having learned something new.
I am constantly evolving. I am constantly learning.

The Full Moon is a powerful time of the year. It's an opportunity to reflect on what is not serving us and let it go.
